The 28th ACM Conference on Computer Supported Cooperative Work and Social Computing (CSCW) took place in Bergen, Norway, from October 18-22, 2025. Dr.-Ing. Stephanie Gabriela Arévalo Arboleda presented the paper "Robot, Avatar or Human: The Impact of Partner Representation and Task on the Communication Experience".
In the paper, we compared AR avatars to telepresence robots in different types of communication and found that each has its perks. Im Rahmen der 33rd ACM International Conference on Multimedia 2025 (ACM MM'25) in Dublin (Irland) stellte Felix Immohr das Paper „ICS-MR: Interactive Conversation Scenarios for Assessment of Mixed Reality Communication“ mit zugehörigem Datensatz von Felix Immohr, Gareth Rendle, Annika Neidhardt, Anton Benjamin Lammert, Bernd Froehlich und Alexander Raake vor.
