
The 24th IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (ISMAR) took place in Daejeon, South Korea, from October 8 to 12, 2025. The paper presented by Jakob Hartbrich was awarded the "Best Paper Award Honorable Mention."
Jakob Hartbrich presented the paper "The Effect of Hand Visibility in AR: Comparing Dexterity and Interaction with Virtual and Real Objects." The paper examines how the visibility of one's own hands in AR environments influences dexterity and interaction with virtual and real objects.
The paper was awarded the "Best Paper Award Honorable Mention."
